Cancellation Policy

Reservations All rides must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Reservations are not confirmed until a valid credit card is on file. Walk-in availability is not guaranteed. Payment A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at check-in. We accept all major credit cards. Cancellations & Refunds We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows: - 72+ hours before your ride: Full refund of your deposit - 24–72 hours before your ride: Deposit forfeited; no additional charge - Less than 24 hours / No-show: No refund; full ride amount is charged As an alternative to a refund, you may reschedule your ride with 72+ hours notice, subject to availability. Weather Rides may be cancelled at our discretion due to unsafe weather or trail conditions. In the event of an operator-initiated cancellation, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge. Guest-initiated cancellations due to weather are subject to our standard cancellation policy. Late Arrivals Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled ride time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their ride without refund. Rider Requirements For the safety of our guests and horses, please note the following: - Maximum weight: 250 lbs - Minimum age: 8 years old (riders under 18 require a parent or guardian waiver) - Closed-toe shoes are required; boots preferred - Please disclose any injuries, mobility limitations, or medical conditions at the time of booking Waivers All riders must sign a liability waiver before mounting. Waivers may be completed digitally at the time of booking or in person upon arrival. Group Bookings We welcome groups of up to 18 riders.
